Trailer to put the Jeep on- ahhh.. working on it
Passenger- none
I'm flying solo too. If you can find a two place bumper pull trailer (borrow or rent) I'll pull both Jeeps with my truck, you can ride with me and we can split fuel. 8-)

Ryan, it's been offered to Amanda first. Let's see if she's interested.

understandable! i just wanted to let you know I am game if she is not, or if anyone else wants to double up and split fuel costs that also works. i just can't see myself driving my heep the whole way, so i'd like to either throw it on a trailer or ship.

May have to go back to original plans. We may not be going. Big shake up at work. I may be unemployed as soon as next week.
I'll keep you posted.

Hey Doug, hope that doesn't happen. Hang in there, buddy

I actually keep my head down. When I hit 6'2" I started bumping into low hanging lighting, then all that time in the Army, where you're safer with your head down.

Speaking of that, how's Doug Jr doing. Is he going taking any leave any time soon, will he be coming back from the Land of the Morning Calm?

Dougs been back in the States since December, he was home for a month, now he's at Fort Campbell in Tennessee. Probably heading to the Middle East in the fall.

Got word earlier this week that we are good to go. Her project contract has been extended for another year.

I'm going to be contacting a couple of transport places soon, the wife doesn't want to drive or fly alone, is there anyone else seriously interested in shipping their Jeep there and back? I want to see if we can get a volume discount.
Speed costs money, how slow do you want to go?

If I could ship I might be able to take a week off and come out for part of the trip. Work has mandated we take 2 wks vacation by the end of the year...
