Thank you Mark and Kurt, I just realized both of you replied.

Kurt, any day after 2pm would work. The project I am on at work is on UK time so no meetings after 2pm.

Disassembled, a lot of rust removed (like needle scaler amounts and my driveway being red), and swap kits welded on (yes, outsource).

Next it's time to pick gears, lockers, etc. and do the machining to switch from 8 on 170 to 8 on 6.5. Front it should be no problem since there are aftermarket unit bearings. Back I am actually going to have to drill new holes for the studs in the existing hubs.

The only part that is not under control is how to get the tone rings to work. I bought some aftermarket ones for the back and the front unit bearings allegedly come with them. Still tbd.
