The JLUR is supposed to fit 37” with this kit. I will most likely go with 35 x 17 soon.
Do you have a pic of the before and after? So exciting to turn something from stock to start modifying it, so congrats!

Also— any reason you are going with 35’s and not 37’s if it will fit? I think there are a few people here with Rubi JL’s with 37s. Looks pretty sweet.

Just curious. I’m not saying one is better than the other. Just wondering if you plan on going with 37s eventually?

Hey, Lisa! - Yes!

I was going to go with 35" but I got to see Kevin's JLUR with 37" yesterday at The Battlegrounds and it looked sweet! I woke up this morning and purchased 5 x 37" Falken M/T tires with Fuel Assault Off-road 17" wheels!

Omg you guys are a riot! Best picture ever.

And you decided with 17” not 18”. You’ll have to do another photoshoot once the tires/wheels arrive.

That was the right answer. You are probably going to need extended bump stops with those stock fenders.

Kevin can probably tell you what he is running front/rear.

Lol. They work pretty good, like a poor mans hydraulic bump stop. Greatly reduced the teeth-shattering jolt of the bump stops doing their job

Congrats. I installed the 2.5" Metalcloak lift and 37's on my JLUR, along with a UPS truckload of skids and a winch that added almost four hundred lbs to weigh me down. I also replaced front driveshaft with a longer Tom Woods as suggested by mfg. Happy to report only occasional dragging on most blue trails so far.

One problem you will find with 37's and 2" lift is the rear wheel well inner liners. At certain articulation they rub.

My solution was to remove lower liner, heat gun upper, pushing it back and custom cut a semi trailer mudflap to fit inside the well.

How do think I cut the mud flap?
