Checkin' in from Milford

Unread post by LuckyCharmz »

Hey y'all,
After what seems to be an eternity, I finally paid off my jeep and was able to start on the Mods. Responsible, I know, but in the last 6 months I jumped in with both feet and added a 50" light bar, spots, then a 3.5" Rock Krawler x-factor mid arm suspension kit w/FOX 2.0s, a Teraflex stabilizer, a Baracade Trail Force Front Bumper, Fuel Hostage IIIs, and 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers.

I already took my kids on some trails and both my boys giggled and laughed the whole time. I did some grinning too of course. Can't wait to hit the trails this summer and I'm hoping to join everyone at the Jeep 101, if it ever stops snowing...

I just joined this forum and filled out the application today, purchased a CB, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. I'm not very experienced with forums... I'll admit I use them to gather info and get recommendations, but shy away from offering any overpowering opinion unless I know deep down in my soul the recommendation is a good one. I will say, I LOVE my setup so far and the Nitto tires are really amazing!

I'm originally from Cali (don't hold that against me) and I've done a little off-roading if you count driving backwoods and fire roads to go slide off a dam or do some camping. I'm looking forward to hitting the dirt, mud, and trying out some more serious rock crawling, but am looking for some guidance. I want to listen to those who have more experience and have done the trail before. I mean, come on. I did say I was responsible...

Just don't dare me to do anything stupid and everything will be great!
Hope to see you out there.

Thanks gentlemen! I'd really like to install some onboard air the summer. I'm looking at something like this...
