U-Pol Raptor Liner

Unread post by ArticRubi »

I wanted to give a quick shout out to Raptor Liner as I just wrapped up installation of front tube fenders, sliders, and rear corners. I decided to bed line everything for durability reasons, plus it looks pretty awesome. Their "DIY" kit comes with 4 quart bottles of liner, a bottle of hardening agent to be added at the time of application, and a spray gun that the quart bottles thread into directly; it ships for about $125. Application was extremely easy and worked best at about 55 psi (they recommend between 30 - 60.) U-Pol claims a gallon of the stuff is plenty to do a full size truck bed, or the tub of a 2 door Jeep...as soon as I get my roll cage in and new bumpers fabricated I'll definitely bed going back to this stuff for coverage.

Hey, sorry it took a little while to get these pictures up.
Here's a close up of the front fender:

And a bit further back. I did my fenders, sliders, and rear corners with it:

This is the spray gun. You get 4 of these quart bottles plus the gun when you order the kit, just add the hardening agent and its ready to spray:

And a link to the place I got it from:

Sorry for the delay! I did all the armor and the grille with a bit less than 3 quarts. 4 is supposed to be plenty to do the tub of a 2 door JK, I heard you'll need a bit more for a 4 door or cherokee, ect...
