Very productive day, thanks to all those who helped out, and special thanks to Kurt for the use of his garage and tools. We had the old axles out and the jeep sitting on the new ones before lunch. We then spent the rest of the afternoon making adjustments and fine tuning everything. Broke a wheel speed sensor, going to pick up a new one today and install it and finish up a couple more loose ends. Got the measurements for my driveshafts so I can get those coming. Only other issue was that the emergency brake cables were too short, I just ordered some 4 door ones to give me some extra length.

Hey Randy, when you figure out what you want to do with your old parts, let me know. I could use both the 44's and the 33's (44's will get trussed and sleeved, and the 33's until I'm lifted and can get 37's)

Update: Went over today and finished up, I was waiting in the driveshafts and they arrived the other day. Went on a test drive, the ABS, traction control and sway bar lights were on. The brakes are a little spungier than I expected and there was a lot of sway. Kurt and I bled the brakes which helped but I'm going to have to play with it more. Adjusting the wheel speed sensors should take care of the ABS and traction control lights. About half way home the sway bar finally reengaged and got rid of all the sway. Mark eye balled the pinion angles and they both look spot on. Caster seems fine but I'll re check both when everything settles. Thanks again everyone who lended a hand.
