I run that setup in my YJ.
I originally ran a Detroit in the rear until I snapped an axle shaft and destroyed the Detroit. Spooled the rear and never looked back.

You need to give your inspector a lesson in geometry. The amount of lift due to an increase in tire size is the amount the radius of a tire changes, not it's diameter . A p225/75R15 tire is 28.29 inches in diameter with has a radius of 14.145" A 33" tire obviously has a diameter of 33 inch...

Itll never look that pretty again!

It depends on the coax cables frequency specification. CB's transmit at 26 MHz and FRS radios transmit at 460 MHz. If the existing coax is rated to handle at least 460 MHz then you could re-use it.
