Re: A little boost for my lift?
You don’t need adjustable track bars, it have the relocation brackets and switched back to stock bars because they are simple and reliable. A set of lifted springs is probably enough to get you by. If you don’t need bump stops now you’ll be fine with taller springs.

What year? Do some research in which ones work best, they are a lot of work and it’s still pricey to get them in there.

Welcome! Try to attend a Class 6 run, it’s a great introduction to getting off road. Synthetic rope for sure

Re: New waitlister from Sudbury
Hi everyone! Just joined the forum and planning to submit my application to the group! We would love to join a run in the near future! We just moved from California a couple of weeks ago and just got my Jeep! We have a 2018 JLU rubicon, 3.5 rock crawler lift with falcons, 37 Mickey T. MT’s, and a f...

Re: New guy needs help!
That’s the best combo before stepping into D60 territory, but that comes with a price. JLs seem to be holding together ok with stock axles and 37’s, this combo will be better if you don’t want to go much bigger, but if D60 is an option for you I would consider it and that’s all you would ever need.

Re: My JKU got All Growed UP!
Well, All growed up and now the wife can't get it LOL. So she ordered me to put steps. I couldn't get the EVO weld on frame ones I wanted so I went with the LoD Destroyer slider/steps. Damn they are beefy! each one is ~50lbs... Pretty sure I can put the weight of the whole jeep on just one with no ...

Re: What tools to replace a u-joint spider on a Dana 44
Mike was gracious enough to show us all sorts of axle failures that day so I know that having a spider is not the be-all-end-all. He ended up pulling the inner axle to get back on the trail. Out of 20 + trucks, only one had the socket, I want to carry that socket. If we did not have that socket, he...

Re: What tools to replace a u-joint spider on a Dana 44
36 mm hub nut, 19 mm lug nuts, 21 mm caliper bolts, 12 point 13 mm unit bearing to steering knuckle bolts (best done with a wrench due to clearance)
You can carry some U joints if you get lucky and the shaft ears don’t get messed up, but expect to pull the shaft and plug the tube

Re: Shock size for JK with leveling kit?
I would keep the rear shocks and install the EVO Rock Stars, they raise the axle shock mounts 1.5” and add a skid to them, this greatly helps keep them from getting hung up on things back there. Maybe see what the leveling kit mfg recommends for front shocks. http://evomfg.com/EVO%20Rock%20Star%20Re...
