Cool Mark, congrats!
AFE makes a good solution for your crossover pipe, just about everyone modding a '13 is using them.

Lift Install Help
Cool Dave. You can adjust your steering wheel by adjusting the drag link. Since you lifted it, it effectively made the drag link shorter - increased the distance from the pitman arm to the passenger's side knuckle. A side effect of this is you will have more steering travel to the right, but less to...

Re: Lift Install Help
Nice work Dave! If you haven't done a front end alignment, here's a link to a nice writeup: http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-ups/basic-do-it-yourself-jeep-jk-wrangler-front-end-alignment It's a really simple process, for your 33's I'd recommend inning 3/16" toe in. It's a good thing to learn...

Re: Still around...need help finding metal tube
I don't know about going north to NH, but Central Steel is in Marlborough, MA. They have me a decent price on a recent 1.5" .120 DOM order. I got some 1.5" schedule 40 for cheap there too. DOM is order only, pipe is generally on the shelf in about any size.

Re: Lift Install Help
I would if I was in town. Have a floor jack, set of jack stands, full set of standard and metric sockets (I think 19mm is the biggest socket needed,) a BFH, and a pry bar. When you're doing the front, do your passenger's side spring first. You will likely need a set of spring compressors, you can ge...

Re: TJ steering a lil funky
For starters, it looks like the boot on the drag link TRE is pretty well trashed. Much like Joe said, the angles in your steering are likely the root cause of this. Ideally, at ride height, your track bar and drag link will be very close to parallel. I would recommend a raised track bar bracket for ...

Not in time for Rausch but a care package showed up from PSC today. I decided to armor up this thing before it gets dented up :) http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/05/14/nyra8ery.jpg In the boxes: Sliders (TJ wheel opening) Corners with 3" flares (TJ wheel opening) Full front fenders with 3" fla...

Re: looking to have an AMC 20 welded
It'll work to heat a small area for sure. Probably not enough BTU's to get the whole circumference of the tube consistently hot. Might as well try it since you have it already. Next step up is Oxy-Acetelyne

Re: Jeni's New Truck
Can't remember what brand of straps I use but I got them at tractor supply for less than $20 for a set of 2. I only use them on the front as I can tie the rear straps on to my truss. They're rated at 10k each. If your ratchet straps are rated for 3k and above, they'll be fine, more is always better ...

Re: looking to have an AMC 20 welded
Pick up some heat sticks from your welding supply, it'll show you when you get to the correct temperature. 450 should be right for cast steel. Have some practice burning scraps together and get after it! Good luck.

Re: Jeni's New Truck
I haven't seen any of those adjustable types rated for more than 6k, you'll need a 10k+ hitch to tow your pig
