For Jericho and Rausch no registration is required. Just trailer it in, unload in the parking lot. Trail entrance(s) are right at the edge of the parking lot.

It's possible you don't have a good seal between the cover and the housing. Could be due to inadequate RTV, residue on one of the seal surfaces, not properly torqued, residual oil that was on the housing that dripped off the diff after filling it. I had 2 of them in various locations in my house.
Got the recall and they sent me 2 new ones.
About a year later I got a recall for the "new" ones and they sent me 2 more replacements.
All at no charge.

We spotted one at Rausch this past weekend.
