Re: Baystate Jeepers and Broncos???
At this point, they look like a much, much better executed Bronco version of the FJ Cruiser, but because it actually resembles the bronco, it may actually make it. Agree completely. The name and look will sell a million of these, even if they're turds offroad. Maybe this will light a fire under Jee...

Brake Hardware
Had a squeaky brake after doing mine, knew 2 of the pad clips had gone missing somewhere along the lines, and the new pads didn't come with any... Bought a hardware kit for the front brakes. Lo and behold, it was the rear. Because of course it was. Well, the fine folks at Jeep, in their infinite wis...

Well damn. Wish I hadn't just bought one a couple months ago. Literally the exact same thing, right down to the color.

1. New exhaust (easiest mod ever!) Magnaflow rock crawler series. Sounded loud at first but wife approves so I guess it actually sounds pretty good. I 2. Brakes (again), back to solid rotors, (avoid drilled/slotted), lesson learned. New pads broken in and I can trigger ABS easily now when I stand o...

No worries, I figured you were, I was just bustin' chops. Think of all the extra coolant capacity though.

Re: At a Quandary, Next Project...
Bob, just did a little poking around... apparently there are different part numbers for manual/auto and rubi/not... So I don't know your build, but mine is out of a 15 JKUR with a 6 speed. I don't know the differences between any of the part numbers, I just know they're different. But if it'll work...

Re: At a Quandary, Next Project...
You're in luck Bob... I just replaced my rear driveshaft. If you're looking for a stock replacement, I've got one on hand. (I've got a front too... if for some reason you need that)

Hank: Hows the lift install going, done yet? It is now, just got it back from the alignment. Did brakes/rotors on all 4 corners, both driveshafts, and the 3.5" Game Changer... if you don't count the parts store runs, and the time spent doing a million other things, probably right around your 2...

Re: Bumper recommendations
I've got an LOD Signature Series mid width bumper, and it's been a tank. Recessed winch, utilizes stock fogs, etc. The company was also very helpful in providing instructions/hardware sizes/etc as I picked it up used.

Thanks for the info, that's very helpful. The software shouldn't be too much of a hurdle, I've been in the 3D printing game for a few years, F360 is a pretty good friend of mine ;) Love those salt cellars, they're fantastic, and the details you're getting on some of those other projects is incredible.

bodhi,
What are you using for a CNC? I've been looking around at them, would love to hear more about your setup.
