Wondering if any JL owners would like to part with their stock plastic fenders/flares if they upgraded. My mothers JL suddenly has some nasty parking lot damage from some ill manered driver who put a hole in her drivers side. Let me know if you want to part with one or the pair.
Thanks,
Jim.

Re: JKU Oil Catch Can
I ran one of those on my challenger and on that car it seemed to run about every oil change, but diff motor diff uses. Either way I am NOT a fan of reburning this stuff, yes it works and doesnt seem to cause any extra headaches and passes standards just not what I would think is the best way to mana...

Re: Finally got my compressor installed
Mark, great point about the heat and effecting the rubber lines, Im not sure if the stainless line is rubber lined or what the lining is and if the heat will effect it. Probably still not a horrid idea.

Re: Finally got my compressor installed
You will love having that under hood air, my only question would be does the compressor need any oil in it? I know that usually in those AC systems there is an oil component in them. Next project, get some expanded metal in front of those radiators/coolers to help protect them from anything that com...

Re: Research on JLU lift and tire combo
My Buddy in PA who runs at Rausch on the regular runs 37s and has a mild 2.5" lift and I dont believe much else done and can handle quite a bit there for not a ton of money invested. Personally if I was running a JL I would probably go that route as it was easy to do.

Re: Used Car Advise
I have bought Several cars from Linders in Worcester (A bit of a drive from yalls neck of the woods), the prices have always been good and the sales staff very easy going. Re: First mod

They do take hits from time to time but I would be more oft than not its just slidding across it which the steel will be much better for. Agree with Frank on the thickness, the thicker you can...
