Re: Leaf Spring Lift Driveline Correction Questions

Can you take out the lift shackles to drop it back down a little? Or would that be too much of a drop.

Re: Ladies Off Road Challenge

Thanks everyone. She made it to the next round so now needs to do some phone interviews and hopefully in about a week we will know if she goes to the next step in AZ.

Ladies Off Road Challenge

She is in the 2nd stage of this challenge, which is to whittle the contestants down to 10 lucky women who will be able to go for a we...

Re: Skids Question

I have all Clayton stuff under my Jeep. Engine, transmission and gas tank skid. All went in very well and meet up extremely well. Everything is completely level with each other and noting is going to move. You do need their cross member tough.

Re: Tires (because it's been to long........

After spending a couple of days in the BFG booth and learning a ton more about tires I am going to go with the KM3s next. Won't be out till next spring so may go with the KM2s first. They really are a well made tire and have a lot more testing then a lot of other brands.

So it kind of sounds like I should have a shop do it.

I walked away the first time but she told me to go back as we were walking to the BFG tent.

Zip Locker

Finally back on this side of the country and I have a question. Jen forced me to buy a rear locker for the JK so now it has to be installed. Since essentially this is just swapping the carrier is it a much simpler job then doing a re-gear? Is this something that could be handled during a BSJ wrench ...

Re: Rock sliders

I have had the AtoZ ones on my TJ for years and they have always held up really well. We have JCR ones on the JK and they seem pretty rugged. Little more complex to install but solid.

Re: Drywallers

I can say do NOT hire Seamless Drywall out of Nashua. One of the owners is a total ass and they trashed our floors.

Smart ATI Construction gave us a quote on our job and we should have gone with them. They mostly do commercial work but will do residential too some times. (603) 330-3533

The cabin is still there. It is just behind the giant pile of rocks.

I know one thing going in there is a bank.

Re: 4.88 or 5.13

We went with 4.88s on our 2dr with 37s and street wise they have been great. Don't have any trail time yet with it and it isn't a Rubi but I think 4.88s will be fine for you.
