Re: tap, tap, tap, TAP, TAP, TAP, tap, tap, tap......

It is the oil pump drive that clacks. Check out the e-bay link I posted above. I'll try to remember to e-mail it to you in case the number has changed. I don't have one for earlier models, though, they aren't making it yet. It's not the lifters, it's not oil pressure - it will be the oil pump drive ...

Re: AGR Steering Box

I can tell you what I said before... We no longer use either one of those companies at work, when given a choice, because of increased amounts of failures from leaks to total steering gear and pump failures.
I hate seeing this happen to people.

Re: AGR Steering System

I would jack the front, Jeep off, and steer the tires without using the steering wheel. Check for resistance and look for contacting tie rods and stuff. Yes, a ball joint can stick, but I've ONLY seen it on new ball joints. Moog problem solvers and Dynatrac rebuildable ball joints. Again, only when ...

Re: TJ control arms

A lot of adjustable control arms will not work with 2" lift, because they will not adjust short enough.

Re: TJ control arms

I sell a lot of different control arms and honestly, you would not go wrong with JKS lower adjustables. At 2" of lift, there will be no benefit to plastic bushings on a metal sleeve. It will not flex more, it will not ride better, it will not crawl better. Adjustable arms won't really help dial...

Re: Moose Trouble

I still think it is external fuel filter.
Are you testing psi after that filter?

This is a pretty low pressure system for fuel injection.

I hope you don't have to drop the tank, I hope it is easy.

Re: Moose Trouble

It still sounds just like a fuel filter is clogging during demand, the junk settles during low demand.
But who knows, internet diagnosis isn't what it was in the old days.
