There is a bike manufacturer called Parlee less than a half mile from house that builds TT bike along the lines of yours. I don't really know much about them but think it's cool that their small manufacturing shop is located in my town.

Rough Country springs are not known to be very flexy. Removing the sway bar and both track bars should help, but as others said try it on the street before you commit to it. A softer spring may be the answer, either Rubicon Express or Superlift Softride would do the trick. I feel like my YJ doesn't...

Slide hammer. On another note, when I did my rocker guards I was concerned about rust underneath so I Herculined the body where the rocker guards covered. Worked out great.
