Welcome to the club, Kevin. Be on the lookout for the 101 evite. You will learn a lot about off roading and get a chance to see what your jeep can do on the trail. Hopefully you at least have an unmatched 32" spare. If not, check craigslist or facebook for a used one.

Welcome Jamie! It's a great club that you and your family will enjoy. Smart move to wait before going crazy with the mods. See what type of trails you like, talk to members and build from there. Belly skids are highly recommended, however. Especially for the oil pan and tranny as Jeep doesn't provid...

Welcome to club Cesar! Check your email for evites. The class VI run will be a great opportunity to get your feet wet and see what your Willys can do. At the meeting afterwards, you will meet several members and learn more about the club. Good choice to wheel first and then decide what mods you want...

Welcome Michael! Check your evite for the Class VI run in June. That's a mild run and would be a great way to get your feet wet and meet some members. As for next mods, look into skid plates especially for the oil pan and trans.

Nice catch Derek. I thought only the JL doors were aluminum. Didn’t know the whole body was.
Speaking of aluminum and steel. Steel for skid plates. Synthetic for winch cable.

Welcome aboard Dave! I 2nd the cut to fit magnets that Ish recommended. I have the same ones and have had no issues after 3 years. Definitely attend the spring meeting and 101. Evites should be rolling out in next few weeks. Next mod should be skid plates. Oil/Tran plate for sure. The stock gas tank...

Hey Jon. Welcome to the club! Take Dan's advice: I'd urge you to start looking into protection of the undercarriage, skid plates as much as possible. Especially as a stock rig. Protect the investment! Start with the oil pan/transmission skid, if you cant do the whole set at once. Skid plates are not...

Re: Used Car Advise
I bought my son's car at Bourne's Auto in South Easton, MA. The dealership is 35 miles from me, but their prices and selection were the best around. I had a great experience and would definitely buy from them again. Most importantly, they are a stand up dealership. The battery died less than 2 month...

Re: Anyone have stock springs/shocks?
Hey Randy. I still have my 2014 JKU stock springs and shocks from when we did my left a couple of years ago. If you are still going this route, they are all yours. You earned them for all your help that day.
