My Sub is the under-passenger seat 10" Kicker. I've had it up pretty loud and haven't heard any rattling in the center console. Not sure what to tell you...

Maybe put all "new" members into a specific new group type, that only has access to a "Spam" folder (a Single open forum that members of the "New Website Users" get placed). From there if they read some instructions and post message to the admin email/group stating who ...
