That actually might help a lot, they converted the 727 from the original manual, still using the old ‘small’ brake pedal…

Re: YJ/CJ brakes
Found some more invoices from previous owner. Per the install folks vacuum was good, they did put in a GM disc/disc proportion valve. Looks like fluids flushed and calipers/pads/rotors were ok. Looks to be done spring of 2023 so not too long ago. The install guy noted in the future should upgrade fr...

Re: YJ/CJ brakes
Yeah Ken - could def need a bleed, I haven’t turned a bolt on this thing yet, haven’t even made it to the RMV. Theres a couple notes from the shop the previous owner had the hydroboost put in that make me think the system needs some adjustment. But good point, thats where to start. Kurt - I remember...

YJ/CJ brakes
For the folks who run YJs and CJs, I made a little bit of a snap decision recently and I picked up a CJ (kind of). Has YJ frame, waggy 44s front and rear, amc 360, tf727 and dana 300. CJ nose is about all thats CJ on it. In low range, this thing feels like its going to drive through the brakes, a lo...

Re: JK
Tell him to try out a new Bronco, all the fun of no doors and top, all the good of IFS (if he doesn’t wheel, not a whole lot of downside).

WK Bilstein Lift Struts and 5x5 wheel spacers
For the one other WK I’ve seen at a club run haha Bilstein lift struts, had these about 3-4 years now, took them off before last season. I liked the OME ride a little better on the street is all and I had both, these work just fine. - 130 Never used Synergy wheel spacers, 1”, 5x5 pattern. -75 https:...

Re: Wanted: Dana 300
I was able to snag one today thanks to Craig from certifiable Jeep. Anyone looking for CJ parts, he’s someone to keep in mind.
Thanks Mark for asking around.

Wanted: Dana 300
Hi all, Wondering if anyone has a dana 300 they’d be looking to get rid of. I’ve been looking for a few months now and only ones I can find are 4+ hours away, so figured I’d ask a local-ish group here on the forum. Not asking for it for free obviously we can work out a price. Thanks Sent from my iPh...

Re: Baystate Jeepers and Broncos???
Anyone close to getting theirs yet? I had to bow out, got an F150 with arrival of our baby, needed a little more reliable transportation than the GC.

Re: Baystate Jeepers and Broncos???
Jeep wranglers have had the least amount of design change for oh let's say 15 years while maintaining an absurd price point. A V8 in a wrangler? Google it, there's a million companies that do this already. Jeep won't because it would throw the maintenance and reliability numbers (read: warranty on d...

Re: WK from Salem
Haha, yep it's got 4 doors for sure, blame it on my lousy picture. I can't believe I've been missing a Salem Jeep meet 5 mins from my place! I'll have to weasel my may out of some Wednesday commitments to meet up over there.

WK from Salem
Hi All, My name is Scott, I live in Salem MA right now, looking to finally join a Jeep club! I attached a basic picture of my grocery-getter- cough - I mean Jeep. It's a 2007 WK grand cherokee with the 5.7 Hemi and QuadraDrive-II transfercase. It's AWD with a 4low-range and ELSDs in both axles. I've...
